A Statement from the LSO Board:
As an organization, the Lansdowne Symphony is an inclusive environment for ALL people. We are also committed to advancing our own internal racial equity as an integral part of working to achieve our mission. We condemn violence, and promote music culture in its many forms. We are proud to launch the LSO's first ever Virtual Orchestra performance, via this page link.
Our usual concert season would normally begin in November, and we continue to explore numerous options to be able to share our music in keeping with the health and safety of our audience and musicians.
March 2020
The Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra received a Women's Philharmonic Advocacy Grant towards our performance & recording project of 20th Century American compositions.
